This program was made to take all the guesswork out, so that you only have to focus on being consistent, disciplined and putting in the hard work to reach your goals.
- There are 2 fitness tests included, one to be done at the beginning and the other at the end. This is a great way to see how far you have come at the end of the program.
- Each week is made up of 3 strength training routines, 2 cardio routines and 2 rest days.
- Every workout has a link to a video tutorial to show you exactly how to perform each exercise to limit confusion and the risk of injury.
- Every workout can be done at home with dumbbells, or if you have a gym set up then you can easily modify them for you to use with the equipment you own.
